In particular, you need to upload a PDF document of your honors thesis (this is where you can carve out what you contributed to other papers). Requirements for the document are listed online (
https://undergrad.cs.umd.edu/honors/requirements).
After we receive this form, we will ask your (UMD CS) faculty advisor to approve your honors thesis, and eventually at the end of the semester, we will check your final GPA and coursework requirements have been satisfied.

Hello,
I am Avik Das (UID: 118830865), an undergraduate CS/math student. I was planning on graduating with CS honors this spring. I have published several papers, and I should be able to carve out a portion which is my own for the thesis requirement. I believe I meet the other academic requirements (I took CMSC351H for the course requirement, and my GPA is fine).
What do I need to do to make things official? Is there anything that needs to be submitted to the advising office? How should I submit a thesis? Is there any requirement of an oral defense of the thesis?
